I have been a gap/banana republic card holder for over 10 years and ever since they started using Lasership as their delivery service, 8 times out of 10 I do not get my packages because they insist on leaving the package in the lobby of my building and there are signs all over the lobby asking the delivery drivers to not leave the packages in the lobby! When I called Gap to say I never received my package of over $300 worth of items, I was told I need to take it up with the credit card company because I have a history of not receiving my packages as if they did not believe me!
Normally, the delivery driver will post a picture to the site of where they left the package, but there was no picture posted and when I spoke with the representative from Gap customer service, she said there was a picture and it shows that the package was left in the lobby! I explained that my building has 21 floors with 10 apartments per floor! Anyone could have taken my package, but I need to call and I need to dispute this! Why?
Shouldn't my package have been brought to my door? This made me feel as if I was a liar and a thief. Luckily, the representative at the credit card company (Barclays) was very nice and understanding.
This incident has me rethinking ever shopping at banana republic/the gap and old navy and I will let everyone I know not to shop there either! I never have this problem when they have UPS deliver the packages.

I have been a GAP/Banana Republic card holder for over 29 years. Ever since they started using LASERSHIP as their delivery carrier, I have had nothing but problems receiving my packages; they throw the packages in the lobby, and people steal them!
I tried having things shipped to a 24-hour business and still never received my package. I disputed it with GAP, and they are telling me I am responsible! Show me the picture LASERSHIP posted on their site as proof of delivery, and I will pay; otherwise, I will post on social media sites, and GAP will get boycotted until this can be cleared up! I'm not paying for something I never received!
I attached my conversation with the carrier! They know I did not receive my package.

I made an order with GAP USA. The next day, I received an email (a no-reply email) to say they had cancelled the order due to fraud.
There was no explanation, no way for me to get in touch; it was really frustrating as it was a Christmas gift.
I am hoping they respond soon. I am now waiting for them to get back to me to let me know if they will reinstate the order.

On june 8 i brought 2 items from GAP they did not remove the security tag while packing the items which is their responsibility to do. I can't back again because its far from my home thats why i tried to remove that tag at home.

Wrong address on oder

This is for gap.com (the store) not gap insurance as a general product. You’ll want to find the company that sold you the gap insurance. But I’m guessing based on your comment this is user error on your part because you pay very little attention to detail.
